COMMISSIONING A PAINTING & PRICING

It's what I do

If you're considering a painting for your home or place of work, or as a special gift for someone you care for, commissioning

no longer make or ship (painting commissions larger than 4ft. x 5ft.) outside the metropolitan New York City area

All work includes a frame, your choice of colour; Black or White (for some paintings, additional colours are appropriate and available)

Hanging hardware is attached to the back of all paintings. They are ready to hang.

SHIPPING

UPS shipping and handling is additional.*

* I normally charge what UPS charges and only add (depending on the size of the shipment) $25 to $75 (for materials and labour) to build the box/crate so the paintings can be securely transported.

For custom commissions, I ask a 25% deposit, for materials. When the commission is completed, I will send you front and side views of the work. If you approve, we will proceed with the payment of the balance and shipping.

Should you not approve of the end result, there'll be no obligation to purchase. Your deposit will be returned. I can guarantee this because all my work eventually finds an appreciative home.

If what I laid out sounds reasonable, then I suggest we proceed with the process of making you a great painting for that space.
